SOUL-TIME

Welcome to soul time. Soul time invites us to pause in the midst of the busyness of daily life. To take time to slow down and connect in a deeper way with ourselves, one another and the essence of the moment. Poetry that trusty friend has long been a way of connecting consciousness with the heart and mirror experience. It will companion us as we meditate and share whatever wants to be said. I hope you will join us when we gather from time to time to be enriched by one anothers presence.

Light is slowly returning to the land. Little seeds held in the ground are preparing for a journey of illumination, that the flowers held inside them soon might face the sun. So too for us. We are readying for a journey, or have already embarked upon one perhaps, to be and express ourselves more fully. This is a journey not without hazard. We may find ourselves called to the unknown. Yet it is an inevitable one if we, like those seeds, are to come into our own, and show our true faces to the sun.

So come and join us at Sturrekatten. Take time to be still, hear some poems, and listen deeply to ourselves and one another, that we might glean something essential, to help us on our way.
