Welcome
to my living room, where I can share with you some of the
secrets of Sweden! It is a beautiful country, with so many
places to visit and enjoy.
If
you are looking for good food, quiet atmosphere and a very
reasonable price, situated at the back end of Gallerian in
Stockholm, on Hamngatan 37 is a lovely little restaurant called
"Restaurang April". (www.restaurangapril.se )
Each evening from 3PM -8PM (kitchen closes at 7PM) they have
a special dinner menu, including a glass of wine, for 119
kr. Thus far I have tasted their Canneloni, topped with fresh
shrimp; a Seafood Stew; and Catch of the Day Fried Fish with
potatoes. The meal is accompanied by a great brown bread and
some delicious herb spread. I have not been disappointed thus
far - so enjoy!
