Members of the American, International, and English Speaking Clubs in Sweden are invited to join the American Women’s Club of Gothenburg Book Club to meet Lolá Ákínmádé Åkerström, author of In Every Mirror She’s Black.
You may know Lola from her internationally acclaimed travel photography, her TEDx Talk, or her book about Lagom. Her debut novel was released on September 7, 2021, by Sourcebooks Landmark, and explores the complex lives of three Black women in America and Sweden.
