IWC Invitation to Carl Eldhs Ateljémuseum Tour – November 9, 11:30 am. RSVP by November 3

The IWC has invited ten lucky AWC members to join them for their private visit to Carl Eldhs Ateljémuseum. The museum is closed for much of the year, so having a private tour is a great opportunity for us! Carl Eldhs Ateljémuseum opened its doors in 1963 and is located at Bellevueparken. The museum shows the unchanged working rooms of sculptor Carl Eldh (1873–1954), considered one of the most important Swedish artists of the 20th century. The studio houses a collection of nearly 500 of the artist’s original plaster casts and over 1000 sketches and original models. The studio itself was built by Ragnar Östberg (Stadshuset), who was a close friend of Carl Eldh.
