March Luncheon 2022

We are excited to hold our first 2022 AWC monthly luncheon again, 16th March 2022, at 12:00 pm! We will enjoy a luscious 3-course meal at the very reasonable cost of SEK 135 at the Restaurangsskolan’s restaurant at Alströmergatan 39 (Kungsholmen). Please RSVP no later than March 8th.

The 3-Course Menu (please indicate your main course selection on the RSVP form):

Starter: Västerbottenpaj med sikrom (Västerbotten pie with whitefish roe)

Main Course: Please choose one of the following:

* Stekt lax med gräddkokt purjolök och kokt potatis (Sauteed salmon with creamy leeks and potatoes)

* Kalops med rödbetor (Swedish beef stew with red beets)

* Root vegetable stew with lentils (Rotfruktskalops med linser)

Dessert: Blåbärsdessert med kardemumma och vanilj (Blueberry dessert with cardamom and vanilla)

Drinks and coffee not included.
