Summer Potluck and Outing to Värmdo, July 17th at 12:00pm

AWC member, Joanne Ribbing, has kindly invited us to come a potluck at her place on Värmdö from noon on on July 17th. Plus-ones (husbands, significant others, and other guests) are welcome to join the fun! Joanne will make a main course chicken dish with new potatoes, and we can bring our favorite side dishes and/or vegan/vegetarian extras. Wear comfy shoes and bring your swimsuit, a side dish and your beverage of choice for a summer get-together in the Archipelago.

Getting there is easy by public transport: take the bus 434 from Slussen towards Sollenkroka or Överby brygga to the Fjällsvik stop. (The bus towards Sollenkroka is only 1 hour and the bus towards Överby brygga takes a few minutes longer.) Then walk 350 meters to the destination. Look for the white houses with blue trim. You can’t miss them. If you’re driving from Slussen, it takes approx. 50 minutes depending on traffic. Just use your GPS.
